...here's a case from Wyoming in which a county's efforts to promote more sustainable land development patterns (by, among other things, clustering new development into denser nodes) survived a legal challenge based on a variety of claims including an alleged Fair Housing Act violation: 482 F.3d 1225 (10th Cir. 2007).
